Case Study 4 - Asda Living (Non-Food) Store, Oldham

This project involved combining two existing empty units of 15,000 sq feet each on a retail park in Oldham, installation of a new mezzanine floor on piled foundations, new2 lift pits, and a total internal refurbishment, to create an Asda ‘Living’ (i.e. Non-Food) store. The project took just 10 weeks from start to finish and was completed in February 2007 at a total project value of approximately £3 million.

The success and value of this project has subsequently led the client to award HB Projects a series of similar projects nationwide.
