Mark Harvey


Purchasing and Estimating Manager



 


Mark joined us in 2003, from Builder Centre, where he worked as a Depot Manager, gaining extensive experience and knowledge of construction materials.

Mark is responsible for all procurement, both materials and sub-contract, and he also assists the Directors and Contracts team with estimating.

Mark’s professionalism and system-based control of this fundamental part of the business have made him invaluable to all our site management staff, as well as to his colleagues in the office.

In Mark's team are:


Rob Norris and Craig Burdett
 


Rob, who joined in April ’07, and Craig (January ’08), bring a range of experience to assist Mark in ensuring our procurement processes are timely
and effective. Together, they manage a substantial purchasing budget.



Dariusz Szepler / Estimator



Dariusz joined the Company in November 2008, having previously worked for Lotus Construction. He works closely with our Directors, providing support to them in the preparation of quotations and tenders to new and existing clients, liaising with Purchasing and QS on costing.



Lee Matthews / Quantity Surveyor



Lee has been with the Company since February 2009, previously with GMI Construction Group. Lee works with Mark and the Purchasing team and with our Contracts team to monitor and manage contract costs, obtain quotations and assign work to subcontractors, and prepare final accounts to clients.
