Our employees are very important to us – HB Projects Limited succeeds to a great extent because of the commitment, calibre and team work of the site and office staff.

Staff turnover is very low; high employee morale and team spirit are actively encouraged, and new employees are added only when the right calibre of person has been identified. The growth of the company has been deliberately controlled so that in-house resources and systems keep pace, and so that customer focus and satisfaction is maintained.

HB Projects has a detailed training structure; involving employees in identifying relevant training and supporting them throughout. We carry almost all of our own trades people, which we find facilitates response times and quality control.
